The work was done in a timely manner. My only concern was the placement of some of the equipment on my lawn killed some of the grass.

A few useful answers.
Practical information for describing the issue and preparing your home.
Which areas do you serve?
We’re based in Lanham and work across Prince George’s County, the rest of Maryland and Washington, D.C. If you’re not sure whether you’re in our area, give us a call.
A slab in my driveway has dropped — is that urgent?
It’s a trip hazard first and a drainage problem second, so mark the edge and keep traffic off it. Whether it needs lifting or replacing depends on why it moved, and that takes a quick look in person rather than a guess over the phone.
How does a project begin?
Tell us what you want built or fixed, where it is, and anything you’ve noticed, like cracking, settling or drainage problems. We’ll review the site, walk through your options and give you a clear quote.
Why does my concrete keep cracking in the same place?
Concrete cracks where it’s restrained or unsupported, and both causes are usually under the slab rather than in it. A repeat crack almost always means a soft spot in the base or a control joint that wasn’t cut deep enough.
Should I repair the slab or replace it?
A sound slab with tight cracks or a single settled section is usually worth repairing. Widespread flaking, cracking across the whole surface, or a washed-out base are signs that replacement makes more sense.
What information should I have ready?
Your address, the type of project, its rough size, and a few clear photos of the area. If you have plans, a survey or a project deadline, mention those too.
